My sons live out of town so Chad would have phone meetings with us to answer any questions they had. Even though it was Christmas season and a very snowy month he scheduled quite a few showing every week. He sent a text for every showing with the date and time and most of the time let us know when we could come home. Once we got the right offer and started the process of making the sale I was in my new condo many states away. Everything was done electronically. It all went quick and smoothly. I just felt we could have had a few more updates towards the closing. Chad was a very nice person. Easy to talk to and answered our questions and request quickly.
